Common fixes for game issues

There could be several reasons for experiencing issues when playing. Sometimes it can be due to local issues. 

Here are some troubleshooting-steps that have solved a wide variety of issues for other users: 

- Disable any extensions/plugins

- Try another Browser (Google Chrome for instance)

- Try Clearing cache and cookies in your browser.
