In case you get a Black Screen in Country or US Streak you can send the Game-ID on to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resolve it (This is the URL to a game and can be found under Activites or Ongoing Games depending on if you have guessed on it or not).
There could be several reasons for you getting a Black Screen when playing.
Here are some troubleshooting-steps that have solved it for other users:
- Try another Device if possible
- Try another Browser (Google Chrome for instance)
- Try Clearing cache and cookies in your browser.
- Update your DNS-server
- Try disabling Hardware Acceleration in your browser
- Disable any extensions/plugins
